Description
You will surely have eaten sushi at least once! It has become a really popular dish but what should you order at the restaurant? On this course, you will learn about the various kinds of sushi, etiquette and table manners, as well as some useful phrases and jargon for the restaurant and sushi bar. You will also learn about the different types of sushi in Japan & its history. At the end of the workshop, you will taste some authentic sushi.
Come and enjoy a taste of Japanese through the topic of food. Learn some useful words and phrases and get your vocal cords working with a new world of pronunciation.

There will be a brief introduction to the topic. The session will include pair work, discussions, presentations by the tutor with realia as well as a slideshow. Materials will be provided by the teacher. You will also have the opportunity to taste some sushi. You may put your newly found knowledge to good use by exploring some sushi bars and restaurants.
