Description
Learn the philosophy and principles of AgilePM® in a project situation Configure the lifecycle of an Agile project to a given scenario | Identify and apply popular Agile techniques in a project situation, including MoSCoW prioritisation, iterative development and timeboxing | Understand and assign roles and responsibilities within an Agile project | Understand the mechanisms for governance and control of an Agile project | Understand how to test, estimate and measure progress in an Agile project | Describe and apply the Agile approach to managing requirements.
Passing the exam will give an you internationally recognised professional qualification.
Practitioner: The Practitioner level aims to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to apply the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios.
Advanced level for those who are foundation level qualified and wish to advance their certification and experience and apply the lessons learned to their own projects and organisation. Covers: How to apply a variety of agile practices to a project | How to test, estimate and evaluate profit from agile projects | Facilitation and support mechanisms | the agile approach.
Who is this course for?
This is an intermediate level course and requires an AgilePM Foundation exam certificate to sit the course. This is suitable for any aspiring project managers that wish to work in an agile way or experienced project managers looking to become certified.
