Study Hours

  • The learning hours for this course are up to 300 hours, which is around 20 minutes per day for 15 months.

Course Duration

  • On average, students complete this course in 12 months, but we'll give you up to 24 months. Don’t worry if you go over though, we can organise an extension to your course for an additional fee, which also extends your tutor support.

    Official exams

    You’ll be required to complete three standard A-Level written exams.

    • Paper 1: 2 hours, 33.3% of A-Level, 100 marks.
    • Paper 2: 2 hours, 33.3% of A-Level, 100 marks.
    • Paper 3: 2 hours, 33.3% of A-Level, 100 marks.

    These exams contain a mixture of short and long answer questions, and extended response questions.

    We provide a guaranteed exam space in one of our partner exam centres around the UK.

    We also offer an exam pass guarantee. If you don’t pass the first time, we’ll support you for free, to your next exams.

    Assignments

    During your course, you’ll be required to complete various assignments. These do not contribute towards your final grade but provide you with an opportunity to submit work to your tutor for marking and feedback. This will help you to monitor your progress and will be used to produce predicted grades if needed.

where do the exams take place, online or on site somewhere, if later, where is that likely to be, I live in Bognor Regis, West Sussex?

Answer:

Hi Donna A-Level exams take place at registered exam centres. They are in-person and take place on a set date (just the same as school exams) Oxbridge work with 10 exam centres around the country. The closest to Bognor Regis is Wimbledon You can enter for an exam as a private candidate. A list of exam centres that accept private candidates for AQA A-Level Business can be found on the AQA website.
