We stick to our core family values

Fishers was established in 1900 in Aberfeldy, Scotland. It has been progressively managed for more than 100 years by five generations of the Fisher family. Still proudly independent today, Fishers employs more than 800 people across seven sites in Scotland and the North East of England. The company has grown and prospered by sticking to our core family values: serving customers with hard work, honesty and value for money.

We have continued to invest in the business across the last 10 years – a period when many of our competitors have stood still – and our laundry estate now boasts some of the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly facilities in the UK and Europe.

Local laundry - everywhere we go

We source all of our textiles from sustainable suppliers across the world and our unrivalled bedlinen range now includes Fishers ZHEN, our bespoke range of ‘luxury linen with intelligence’ with built in radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. The development of RFID is one of the most promising technological advances in recent years for the laundry industry. We now have the opportunity to track textiles like never before and provide unique insights for our customers.

In order to deliver great customer service and high quality laundry products we need dependable and friendly people working together with the best tools for the job. When we find the right people, we offer full training, including supporting achieving qualifications such as SVQs and HGV licences.
