A leading building services company currently have an opening for a Helpdesk Administrator. This role includes dealing with reactive and planned maintenance requests, scheduling engineers and ensuring exceptional customer service to clients. £25,000 P/AOffice-based | London Waterloo 37.5 hour week Responsibilities Provide reactive and planned maintenance service to our clients Provide administrative support across a range of admin and client facing tasksRaise and issue reactive calls received via email and telephone Issue works to engineers Chase for works updates and update clients accordingUpdate systems with relevant notes and job status updateProduce reports as and when requiredContractor invoice processing Required Skills / Competencies: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage time appropriatelyGood organisational and communication skills both written and verbalExcellent I.T skills, competent with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
