I am seeking an RGN qualified Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a new 60+ bedded elderly nursing home in Norfolk.You will be working for an award winning company which offers a comprehensive induction and training programme and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager: Assist in managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals Ensuring the provision of high quality care Overseeing the care staff and assuming full management in the event that the Home Manager is not presentEnsure each resident’s care plan and daily records are up to date. Deputy Manager Requirements: Previous experience as a Deputy Home ManagerGood knowledge of CQC standardsAbility to engage with the service users and understand their needsNMC registered with an active PINAbility to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
