This is a key hire as part of their longer-term succession planning, and it would suit someone looking for a role that blends leadership, client delivery, and long-term progression.This position will concentrate on owner managed businesses working closely with the wider tax functions and Private client teams.Key criteria: CTA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead client engagements.Provide technical tax advice on a range of topics including in business reoganisations, exits, EOT’s, MVL’s and family succession issues.Manage a compliance portfolio of key OMB clients, reviewing the work of junior colleagues to ensure the clients compliance needs are dealt with timeously and quality of service is maintained.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent client service and identifying opportunities for further cross sell opportunities across the wider business.Stay abreast of tax changes and legislations and communicate changes to clients, colleagues, and train junior staff.
