You'll work as part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, supporting on a wide range of compliance operations while developing your knowledge of global insurance markets and regulatory regimes. As a Compliance Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping the company meet their regulatory obligations and manage their operational risks. Key Responsibilites: Carry out regular compliance monitoring activities in line with the organisation’s monitoring framework, record outcomes, and assist with following up on actions. Keep up to date with changes in the regulatory landscape (e.g., FCA, ICO, and other regulatory bodies) and support in evaluating their relevance to the organisation’s operations. Manage and update the operational risk register, ensuring all risks are accurately captured, periodically reviewed, and escalated when necessary.
