Key Responsibilities We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Consultant to join our growing business development team. You will research and source leads, identify new opportunities and set up meetings in order to sell Food Alert products and services, including our eLearning, software, and consultancy services. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from small restaurants and cafes through to large high-street chains, pub groups, hotels and venues. Person Specification Sell Food Alert services including eLearning, online software and consultancy services, through: Personal Competencies Sell Food Alert services including eLearning, online software and consultancy services, through: * Developing a detailed understanding of Food Alert products and services* Researching and sourcing potential business opportunities and contacts (including cold calling). * Dealing with all inbound and outbound queries that come through to the business* Setting up meetings for Business Development Managers and others in order to pitch new products and services, either at client premises or over the telephone. * Working with the support of the marketing team in specific lead generation and events including webinars* Generating leads and identifying new opportunities in order to increase in sales to non-clients. * Following up on business leads within the appropriate timeframe. * Logging all activity on Salesforce, ensuring that all records of leads and sales pipelines are kept accurate and up to date. * Where required, drafting contracts and service agreements. * Liaising with the Contract Manager and Finance team to ensure that all new sales are finalised with appropriate contract and service set-up. * Other responsibilities relevant to the purpose of the role as required by the line manager. Experience * Ideally you will have some sales experience developed in a hospitality or technology setting, but more importantly we are looking for someone with instinctive sales skills who is a confident and natural communicator, with the ability to quickly follow up on leads and opportunities.* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with and influence key stakeholders.* Understanding of the hospitality and food safety sector would be useful, but we will provide comprehensive training on our services, products and client portfolio so that you are able to provide clients and potential clients with solutions in a consultative and informative manner.* Self-motivated and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.* Being able to successfully collaborate with the team and independently. My client a reputable Travel Management Company are seeking a German Speaking Business Travel Consultant to join their team on a remote basis, reporting into their Berlin offices. You will be working across a variety of dedicated accounts providing a high end, high touch service. Key Responsibilities: * To provide high level customer service to all clients internal and external to the required SLAs and company standards* Assist with emergency actions, contingency plans, and out of hours requirements * Ensure client travel policies are adhered to correctly * To ensure all SLA's and KPI's are consistently met * Communicate with your manager and business manager regarding client activity to include any positive or negative behaviour, client complaints etc * To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the appropriate offices * Ensure that all administration team tasks, both internal/external is of the highest standard * Assist with all reservations and aspects of travel to include air, hotel, rail and car reservations and any other travel related requests received via any client and partners * Offer travel advice for all types of scenarios * To be fully conversant in all operational working practices Experience Required: * Proven advanced industry experience in all areas of travel management operations is essential* Native German speaker* Fully confident in using GDS systems - Sabre preferred or Galileo* Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing ideally to BA1/2 level or equivalent* Adept using Microsoft Office software* Extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservations process Working Hours & Package: This is a remote role, working hours will operate between Monday - Friday with shifts between the hours of 8:30am-6pmSalary dependant on experience and skillset is up to £35k, along with excellent Interested? Business Travel Consultant- required for this established and growing business travel company based in Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity to work for an established corporate travel company, assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels and transfers, whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email .They are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to work on mixed clients accounts using Sabre other gds maybe considered. They offer a salary up to 28k and will be working Mon-Fri between their opening hours of 8.30am-6pm (37.5hrs per week).
