Role  Review and understand audit program planning including: o Analysis of the balance sheet and income statement, o Review of the prior audit report(s), and o Review internal operational reports to understand relevant business risks. o Support Internal Audit with developing data analytics and automation testing.  Participate in opening, status, exit, and closing meetings.  Execute audit test programs and document work in detailed, high-quality work papers.  Communicate issues and concerns to the auditor in-charge, as identified.  Hold meetings with company personnel to understand the processes and gather evidence.  Assist in drafting audit findings and recommendations.  Approximately 20% travel required annually Profile The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience within Internal Audit, and will be looking for an opportunity where they can continue to progress. This role will be fully remote with 20% annual travel to the USA. This role is seeking someone who can work autonomously, and someone who is hard-working and driven. This role can be based in London, or anywhere in the UK. Salary £40,000 - £65,000 as well as benefits. My client is growing at a steady pace and they are now in the market to recruit another Royalty Auditor to join the team. Required Proven high quality royalty audit experience (at least 3 years working as a royalty auditor)Availability to travel worldwide to perform on-site audit visits is key Job role Expected to lead royalty audits independently, working autonomously on site at Licensees’ offices as well as working remotely, whilst building strong working relationships with licensees and licensors to ensure the effective and efficient completion of auditsResponsibility for the complete audit process from initial review of agreements, audit testing plans through to site visit, audit testing, follow up and report writing through to delivery and presentation of audit report to licensor;Key relationships will include licensee, licensor and with internal fellow auditors and senior management;Auditor may also be required to assist licensor in settlement negotiations and provide commercial advice to the licensor regarding issues emanating from the audit process;Location of auditor is not important due to remote working when not performing worldwide on-site audit visits.
