Financial Services Administrator
Working for a leading broker offering an array of financial services products to nationwide clients. Duties include: Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers;Understand complex information and utilise this to write accurate and professional suitability letters;Ensure that files are complete with all required client documentation;Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication;Book appointments, liaise with GP surgeries and insurance companies to ensure positive client outcomes;Assist with trust forms;Maintain accurate computer records and follow the company’s compliance process at all times. Skills/criteria required: Previous experience in a similar support role in financial services or the protection sector;Able to understand complex information to produce accurate suitability letters;Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable);Experience of client management systems;Excellent telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly;Excellent written communication skills;Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);Good organisation skills;Very strong attention to detail;Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task;Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively;Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times.
