The successful candidate must understand how façade projects are specified, tendered and delivered, and already have relevant relationships across the construction market.The RoleYou'll be responsible for developing relationships with main contractors, developers, architects, façade consultants and other project decision-makers.Your focus will be on identifying suitable façade opportunities at an early stage and maintaining involvement through design development, pre-construction, tender and contract award.Working closely with estimating, commercial, design and operational teams, you'll ensure opportunities are properly qualified and aligned with the contractor's technical capabilities and commercial objectives.This is not a general construction-sales role.
