Your new companyYour new company is a family-run organisation, looking for an administrator to join the transport office on a permanent basis. Your new roleAs an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping and correspondence, liaising with and supporting other departments and other team members, providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing their enquiries promptly by phone calls or emails. What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you should have experience in administration and MS Office software, organisational skills as you'll juggle multiple tasks, attention to detail, communication skills, adaptability and a positive attitude. What you'll get in returnThis is an office-based permanent opportunity. The salary range is £24500 - £25500 depending on experience. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00, with some flexibility. Please note the location is not reachable by bus.
