An established estates company has a new opening for an Administrator. The Administrator role involves supporting the Project Manager and wider team with all administrative functions including front of house and diary management duties. Salary: £32,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday, private health care and company pension25 days holiday Office basedMust be available for an immediate start Administrator responsibilities: Effectively managing front of house duties including covering reception, greeting visitors, and answering incoming callsTyping and sending out correspondence including emails, letters, memos, and meeting minutesManaging attendance records such as registers and chasing sick/holiday forms whilst maintaining accurate dataManaging meeting room calendars and general cleanliness of these spacesPreparing refreshments for meetingsMaintaining the weekly and monthly H&S, delivery, and visitor recordsManaging apprenticeship data and induction formsMaintaining stock levels - ordering stationery, PPE, and welfare itemsCarrying out general administration duties such as photocopying, binding and laminating Administrator skills/competencies: Experience supporting an office with administrative tasksProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent communication and organisational skills Apply today!
