We are currently recruiting on a temporary basis for a well-established Morley-based employer, a successful leader in its sector. They are looking for Administrators to start in September on a temporary ongoing basis. The role will be site-based for training and then will become hybrid working with minimum one day required in the office per week. Weekend working is included. Job Profile We have roles availabe within a variety of departments, including HR, Fraud and Accounts. All positions come with full training, mainly consisting of working through a ticketed system to resolve issues while maintaining good attention to detail and the ability to work at pace. Responsibilities Working through queries via a ticketed system.Liaising with different departments / stakeholdersUpdating customer information in the company database.Making outbound calls to customers (not high volume)Performing administrative tasks surrounding the day-to-day enquiries.Escalating problems to other teams where necessary. Experiences, skill set and/or qualifications required Capable of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.Quick at picking up new systems and working on various IT systems.Extremely trustworthy.Excellent eye for detail and observant.Flexibility.Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.Experience in an office-based enviornment is preferred but not essential.
