Year 4 class teacher and Team leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a large 3 form entry primary school situated in the Slough area, Berkshire.

Tradewind recruitment are working alongside a fantastic academy who are seeking a year 4 class teacher and team leader from September. The role will be on a full time basis for the new academic year and will be paid to MPS scale and TLR level 1.

The school is a good school as judged by Ofsted. It's a large 3 form entry junior school which caters for pupils from year 3 - year 6. The school is an academy and part of a large federation. The school shares good practice across the borough.

The Headteacher is seeking an experienced and dedicated primary teacher for the full academic year. You must have previous key stage 2 teaching experience and be dedicated to raising attainment and pupil progress.

Part of the role will be team leader for the year 4 year group. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the fellow class teacher with their PPA time. Being a large 3 form entry school group PPA time is allocated, allowing you to work collaboratively together.

The school is set in Slough, Berkshire. There is parking available and the nearest train station is within a 15min walk of the school.

Being part of a large federation the school offers many CPD and career progression for its staff. The federation shares good practice across the schools.

In order to be considered for this post you must have:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*A minimum of 2 years UK based teaching experience
*The ability to lead, support and inspire
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
