To be considered for such an excellent position, you must be a motivated Key Stage 1 Teacher who has outgrown their current role and is now seeking to move their career forward by entering middle management! The school will be looking for applicants who can act as mentors in their class and who can also demonstrate the high standards required to motivate those around them!
As a dedicated KS1 leader, you will be managing teaching and learning across the entirety of KS1, and will be teaching your own class. Creating an inviting and supportive team you will look to push the attainment levels to a new level. You will look to use this position to better the learning of KS1 and enhance the students experience of learning with innovative and creative lesson plans.
