Year 1 Primary Teacher

Are you a passionate Primary School Teacher looking for your next role in Bolton? This role is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs.

We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Year 1 teacher to join a two-form entry school in the heart of Bolton. The school believes in developing an inclusive and vibrant learning environment that strives to meet all the individual needs of the pupils. They school believes in developing pupils into respectful citizens who have the skills to meet any challenges that may arise. The staff have developed a cohesive and supportive community whereby they place an emphasis on staff wellbeing.

The school utilises a range of learning schemes to ensure pupil needs are met and learning is differentiated to provide support and challenge. Previous experience with Read Write Inc would be beneficial in this role as you would be required to support the class TA with delivering small group sessions. As a Year 1 teacher, you will be required to plan and deliver engaging lessons and keep accurate assessment records.

This role will begin September 2024 and you would be required for the rest of the academic year. This exciting position will pay £140-200 per day, subject to experience.

Essential requirements:

• Have Qualified Teacher Status
• Teaching experience in the United Kingdom
• Experience in Key Stage 1 is essential in this role
• A full cv with any breaks in employment acknowledged
