Wintel Infrastructure and M365 Consultant

Role: Responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the design, implementation, and management of Wintel infrastructure, overall IT infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions.

Main areas of the role include:

  • Consultation and Solution Design.
  • Wintel Infrastructure Management and Implementation.
  • IT Infrastructure Optimisation and Implementation.
  • M365 Implementation and Enhancement.
  • Security and Compliance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing.

Essentials:

  • Experienced in designing, implementing, and managing Wintel infrastructure, overall IT infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as Windows Server platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with SaaS services - Mimecast, BitTitan and Wasabi
  • Proven experience with software vendors including Veeam and Zerto, and hardware vendors including Dell, HPE, WatchGuard, Fortinet, and Cisco.
  • Understanding of security principles and best practices in Wintel, infrastructure, and M365 environments.
