Weekend Support Worker

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality person-centred social care services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other support needs. We are very excited to be expanding our service provision in Stockport, and are currently recruiting within our established supported living services across the area.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic individuals who are well motivated, experienced and keen to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a service where you will be able to contribute to the shaping of our team. You will provide person-centred support to tenants to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to engage and participate with their local communities.

We offer part time positions up to 22.5 hours per week and you will be required to work in a flexible manner on rota. In addition to opportunities for personal and career development, we offer good conditions of service and a supportive, hands-on management culture.
