My client is looking for a new Web Chat Team Manager to join them in providing first-class service to their customers. As you will be part of a large team who are a vibrant and friendly bunch you will need to have had experience in managing teams in a contact centre environment as you will be accountable for team performance, individual perfomance, motivation, meeting and exceeding targets and driving conversion!
It would be highly desireable if you have good knowledge of HR policies and procedures but this isn’t essential. The most important skills my client is looking for is good system knowledge of a Web Chat function and a strong, proven background in managing teams.
