Our client, a multi award winning employee benefits and wealth management organisation, currently require a Wealth Management Support / IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

You will help support more senior management in ensuring the highest quality of support is provided to financial planners. You will help guide the support team on a day to day basis and have oversight of administration workflows to ensure work is being management correctly. You will have an involvement in the performance management of the team. In addition, candidates will be expected to provide an efficient administration and technical support service to financial planners and clients.

Candidate need to have previous experience of working within financial services / a financial advisory practice. Key experience would be familiarity with Adviser Office with a good level of understanding of pension and investment products and solid general administrative experience. Some exposure of training, people management or team leading is essential as is good planning and organisational skills.
