Pertemps are exclusively representing a fantastic business where they support various projects all over the world for their clients. The ideal warehouse supervisor will have experience in hire equipment and understands the prepping and de-prepping kits process.

You'll be confident managing the warehouse team and delegating tasks as necessary, whilst also being happy to be hands on yourself to ensure all work is completed as required and in a timely manner.

Your duties will include;

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the warehouse ensuring it is kept clean and tidy, daily and weekly checklists are completed and tasks are assigned to the team and completed
  • Overseeing equipment management ensuring all kit is prepped in a timely manner ready to be sent out on jobs and assisting with this as required. When the equipment returns you will ensure it is de-prepped and stored back away
  • Ensuring regular service, maintenance, and repairs of equipment - following a testing process to ensure all kit is working properly and ready to be sent out, flagging any repairs that need to be done
  • Overseeing warehouse health & safety processes and ensuring all necessary H&S procedures are implemented and adhered to
  • Managing warehouse team including regular reviews, identifying training needs and ensuring warehouse is adequately staffed as needed
  • Assisting with loading/unloading of vans and trucks as necessary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be able to work Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm with flexibility required from time to time due to the demands of the business.
