Warehouse Operative

Challenge-trg Recruitment is looking for a full time Warehouse Operative for their well-known client in Northampton, NN4 9BX.

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

06:00am until 14:00pm | 13:00pm until 21:00pm | 22:00pm until 06:00am

Pay rate as Warehouse Operative:

• AM shift: (06:00am to 14:00pm) -> £12.35/h
• PM shift: (14:00pm to 22:00pm) -> £14.55/h
• Night shift: (22:00pm to 06:00am) -> £15.11/h
• OT: 1.5xbasic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
• Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
• Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness
• Using MHE

Experience, skills, attributes and the person:

• Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
• Motivated and committed
• Driven with high personal standards
• Ability to meet targets within set timescales
• The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
• Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop

• Payment will increase with £1/h after 12 weeks (probation period)
• Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)
• Temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 weeks
• Progression to different roles
