Waking Night Support Worker needed for cover within residential children’s homes or adult LD services in the Hove area. Please note this is not just for Hove, you must be willing to travel a little further afield when other services require cover.

Waking Night Support Worker role: Peters Dean Care assist a wide variety of residential children's homes and services for adults with learning disabilities with staff cover on a variety of day shifts, and also need help with covering a Waking Night Support Worker shifts. Waking Night shifts tend to start around 9.30/10pm and finish around 7.30/8am.

Waking Night Support Worker Criteria: You must be confident in dealing with highly challenging behaviours and have professional social care experience with a passion for supporting vulnerable people. We are looking for people who are keen to develop their qualifications and practice, and who have the desire and drive to be an asset on shift rather than just a number. You will need to be able to work the types of shifts mentioned above and within this role it is necessary to be able to drive to access the services.
