We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Cyber Threat Simulation Analyst to join our Cyber Threat Simulation team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Acts as an assistant facilitator for cyber security simulation exercises with an audience which can include senior management, executives, and potentially clients.
  • Supports the development of scenarios for wargame events.
  • Supports cybersecurity awareness initiatives in region.
  • Assists in the planning and preparation for exercises in conjunction with participating lines of business to determine requirements and tailor exercises as required.
  • Assists in the analysis of simulation exercises to translate simulation findings into lessons learned/observations in discussion with the line of business participants. As appropriate leads on the preparation of the debrief report.
  • Conducts data analysis on various program initiatives to drive increased cybersecurity awareness and help to increasingly target training initiatives.
  • This role will have a limited client facing element so previous experience in a client facing role would be beneficial.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Experience working in a technology, risk and/or control function is beneficial.
  • Experience in simulation/tabletop/exercise planning and execution, including scenario development, scenario design and post-event analysis and reporting.
  • Confident presenter, able to pivot quickly and adapt to situation during the simulation to maintain tempo.
  • Good understanding of data analysis (ability to draw actionable conclusions) and data presentation.
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior leadership and clients as required.
  • Scrupulous attention to detail.
  • Confident working independently and leading and motivating more junior team members.
  • Proactive and self-motivated to work ahead of deadlines, doing what it takes to do the job well and above expectation.
  • Relevant years of total work experience preferred.
