Van Sales Representative

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Van Sales Representative - looking for autonomy to take an existing run and develop new accounts - good basic plus commissions and bonus.

This is a permanent and full time sales role with a well-known supplier of goods across.

Basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum with a bonus scheme on top to reward you for your performance. You would have your own identified route / patch to work with existing customers.

The successful candidate would make daily deliveries of pre-ordered stock and whilst with the customer try and increase sales by both up-selling and discussing appropriate new product lines. This is a real relationship building role, getting to know your customers and which products sell best for them at which time of year.

The ideal background for a Van Sales Representative would be sales or customer service, clearly you must be a confident communicator on all levels and an excellent relationship builder. Our client does provide full product and sales development training so you can rest assured that you will receive full support from our client.

Hours: The Van Sales Representative starts at 8.30am until 17.00pm, working Monday to Friday. The Van Sales representative role requires also that you are over 25 for insurance purposes and you must have no more than 3 points on your licence.

To be a successful Van Sales Representative you need to be a great relationship builder, operating with high levels of integrity and giving your customers sound advice. You will have the personality and drive to develop sales further. The role requires manual handling and lifting of the products in and out of the van.
