A wonderful opportunity has surfaced in a well-established Ofcom registered telecoms business. Based in Manchester it is Dynamic company with dedicated support, provisioning, sales and customer service teams.

The role

The business is seeking a candidate to join there Unified communications Provisioning & Support Team tasked with fault diagnosis and support across their product portfolio; VoIP Telephony, Connectivity, UC and WLR. Providing a well-rounded level of customer service from suppliers to key accounts, showing effective planning and communication skills.

Skills and experience required.

  • A secure understanding of telecommunications industry
  • Experience with; fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolutionand implementation.
  • High attention to detail, working collaboratively as part of a team using effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of Asterisk based phone systems is advantageous.
