In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our business development activities and operations across retail, clinic, and business-to-business segments in the UK market.

Main Purpose of Role:

As the UK Sales Support Manager, your main purpose will be to collaborate closely with our sales team to identify and engage prospective customers for Lingo. You'll also provide essential account services to our existing B2B customer base by managing internal finance, logistics, and tech relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand, refine, and communicate Lingo's value proposition and marketing assets based on customer feedback.

• Research and identify individual, organizational, and business targets to support the development of new sales opportunities.

• Develop lead lists and pipelines, and reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to acquire leads.

• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by scheduling appointments, developing sales assets, and tracking progress.

• Assist the logistics team with product shipments, invoicing, and tracking.

• Validate invoices, track payments, and support the finance team in financial administration.

• Collaborate with the technology and product teams to create customer assets and update reports.

• Engage with customers post-contract closure by monitoring inventory and initiating recurring shipments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with exposure to sales organizations being essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
