Transport Planner
Location: Immingham
Salary: up to £35k (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Fri

Grafton Recruitment are working on behalf of a successful, growing Freight and Cargo business in the Immingham area who are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to expand their dynamic team.
The role:

• Assisting with the day to day running of the vehicles
• Liaising with third party suppliers
• Analyse transport impacts of new developments
• Ensuring any transport issues arising from customers & drivers are resolved
• Planning daily workload for a fleet of vehicles based on site plus sub-contract hauliers
• Support fleet, transport planners and weighbridge staff

You will need:

• Planning experience
• Be easily adaptable to changing circumstances
• Have excellent verbal and written communication with internal business and external Customers / suppliers (hauliers)
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Transport & Logistics experience
