Role overview

This is an exciting and highly influential leadership and change management role which will require tenacity, people and change management experience. The ability to plan and execute to timescales and budget is crucial as well as the ability to communication clearly, ensuring that all stakeholders collaborate and work together to deliver a successful Project that can support future business growth.

As the Transformation Project Director you will be responsible for leading and driving the delivery of the Transformation Project for Umbrella and related Finance activities. Migration from legacy systems and delivery of new technology platforms is a key focus within this role.

The new technology stack has been defined - SalesForce, Just Accounts, Netsuite (with CELIGO).

Delivering business change is key to this role, with a heavy focus on data and technology. Hitting implementation deadlines, and managing business risk are fundamentally important, while delivering the Project in line with budget is equally important to the future success of the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the delivery of a high impact, critical and strategic change project for the Parasol business, with strong links to Sales and Finance functions.
  • Providing strategic transformational business change through the successful delivery of this change Project
  • Managing relationships and developing credibility with key senior stakeholders across the business - working closely with Parasol leadership and teams within the group’s Technology, Finance and Sales functions
  • Taking ownership for driving strategic change on behalf of the Parasol business (and Finance/sales)
  • Ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and fully support the delivery of the Project.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong Change Delivery experience, leading complex transformation projects (end-to-end) with a strong focus on the implementation of new technology and migration from legacy systems.
  • Experience in delivering business change while understanding the unique pressures of doing this in a small to medium sized enterprise environment.
  • Ability to take a consultative approach and translate ideas, working at speed.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a no-nonsense approach to making change happen.
  • Strong relationship builder who has the ability to gain buy in and deliver results
  • Strong, positive track-record of collaboration - able to work with multiple stakeholders and ensure delivery of commitments
  • Experienced in leading business change projects.
  • You will have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and be an excellent communicator.

This role is confirmed as outside of IR35

Length of Contract - 6 Months +

Immediate Start Available

Hybrid Role - Based in Warrington 3 Days per week
