Title: Trainee Unified Communiucations Engineer

Salary: £13,000 - £16,000

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Install, connect, and test cabling systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in communication systems.
• Assemble and test telecommunications, AV, and CCTV components and equipment.
• Provide general administration support to the Service team.
• Assist customers with basic user instructions post-initial setup.
• Install and troubleshoot routers, modems, and network switches.
• Conduct on-site visits to customer premises.
• Fieldwork involvement.
• Overtime availability when required.
• Update the company ticketing system.

Requirements:

• Quick learner with strong adaptability.
• Structured thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• High school diploma: GCSEs or equivalent.
