We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working candidate to join us as a Trainee Recruiter to help grow our rapidly expanding military division.

TRAINEE RECRUITER ROLE
We're looking for candidates with a military background / understanding of military culture to join our rapidly expanding military recruitment division. You'll learn how to become a successful 360 recruiter with full training and extensive tools to excel in your recruitment career. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Sourcing candidates for live vacancies, business development to grow your client base, navigating all aspects of the candidate journey, working in a target driven environment, staying informed on industry trends, utilising tools and technologies in line with our company data standards. Occasionally you will need to travel for recruitment events / client meetings, so you'll need the confidence to be client and candidate facing in person / over the phone / digitally.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Military background / strong understanding of military culture
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy / understanding of challenges faced by veterans transitioning to civilian careers
  • Strong organisation, time management skills
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment with confidence to approach new client prospects as part of our business development strategy
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes
