Our clients, an Independent Financial Advice firm, are looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to work within a busy estate agency office in St. Ives.

The client is affiliated with the local and trusted estate agency, and they have a great track record of training and progressing ambitious candidates through to CeMAP and competent advisor status. They have a great number of leads that make the role potentially lucrative for those with the right drive and attitude.


  • working alongside a busy team of property experts to arrange appointments with potential clients.
  • Studying alongside your daily tasks to reach the goal of becoming fully qualified within Mortgage advice.
  • Providing compliant and tailored advice to clients within a given timeframe.
  • Communicating with property staff to increase mortgage referrals.


  • Full UK Driving License
  • Ambitious and driven nature.
  • Fast learner with a passion for financial services

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 5pm (with a day off in lieu).

Salary/Package: £16,000 basic (£35,000 OTE)
