You will be working for an independently owned financial advisor, a company who pride themselves on personality and providing the most exceptional levels of service to their clients.

In this administrative role, you will support a team of professionals to deliver an unparalleled service to clients looking for financial advice.

You will be

  • Creating and updating client files
  • To request, collate and input policy details from various companies
  • Updates client portfolios
  • Prepare info for client meetings
  • Dealing with general queries from clients, Consultants and Finance Executive
  • Manage consultant diaries

This role is ideally suited to candidates wanting to undertake professional qualifications to become a chartered financial advisor of the future. We are only looking for candidates who have worked in an IFA or those who understand the financial products necessary. You will be a graduate with exceptional people skills and strong administrative skills.
