What's the Role?
Join a small, dynamic team in Northamptonshire, with opportunities to work on precision farming techniques and progress towards a Regen farming approach.
Engage in various farm activities including spraying, combine driving, relief drill operating, and working with beef cattle.
Opportunity to work directly alongside the owner, gaining mentorship from someone with over 30 years of experience.
What do I need?
Ideally, you'll have your Sprays and be looking to do more. The good news is, they'll put you through any other qualifications you might need.
A driver's license and Telehandler are essential, as you'll be out and about most days.
You'll have a keen interest in agriculture and ideally have a couple of years of experience working on a farm.
You will be passionate about the industry and ready to take on exciting new challenges in your work.
