Traffic Clerk/ Customer services role
Monday-Friday 1000-2000 with an hour lunch
You will be using the in-house system at a large parcel delivery network, to monitor returns which you will need to process and gain any additional information to ensure the service is delivered correctly,
You will be chasing drivers to ensure all premium deliveries and timed deliveries are executed on time
You will be liaising with both internal and external parties so good customer service and telephone manner is essential
You will be completing reports on excel so knowledge of this is essential
Debriefing drivers throughout the day and upon their return of an evening and ensuring that their days work has been completed correctly and up to standard as well as taking calls and general office duties.
Position is on-going and room for progression.
