Trade Mark Team Coordinator

We have just been instructed by this leading central London law firm to assist them with their search for a Trade Mark Team Coordinator. This is a wonderful opportunity on offer for those with or without Trade Mark experience who wish to showcase their organisational skill set and the ability to work in a busy challenging environment. The firm have a great reputation and employ over 400 lawyers with a fantastic range of well-known clientele.

The position requires sound organisation skills, ability to work in a timely and efficient manner, good eye for detail, showing initiative with a methodical approach.

Some of the key duties the successful candidate can expect to carry out in this role include:

  • Reporting to the Partner and providing support to fee earners
  • Coordinating and managing multiple diaries and appointments, including booking rooms, lunches, taxis etc
  • Drafting letters
  • Setting up training for new employees
  • Logging correspondence onto the system
  • Travel management
  • Managing invoices
