We have a fantastic opportunity for a Tenancy Services Manager to lead our team of 6 in the Midlands.
As Tenancy Services Manager, you will report to the Regional Tenancy Services Manager and will manage and be accountable for the Community Safety and Anti-Fraud (CSAF) Team delivering landlord services to general need's customers in the management of ASB, Domestic Abuse, Hate Crime, Safeguarding and Tenancy Fraud.
You will ensure high levels of performance as well as services that are compliant, efficient and consistent in approach. You make sure our services are cost effective and are in the best interests of both customers and the business.
Tenancy Services is part of the Customer Services Directorate and is split into two streams of Community Safety and Anti-Fraud and Response; both are responsible for delivering day to day tenancy management and are part of getting us match fit to embrace opportunities and challenges both now and in the future. Key to this has been changing how we work and how we deliver services to customers and work with partners.
So far we have defined what we will do in our role as landlord. We have created three regions and moved to a patchless model and we are now in the process of creating a team of experts. To ensure we deliver and to drive where we go next, we are looking for dynamic and inspiring leaders.
Whilst experience of working in a social housing environment is not essential - a proven ability to embrace change, lead, inspire, innovate and deliver excellent outcomes is!
This key role so it is essential that you have experience of staff management with the ability to coach, motivate staff and get the best out of your team.
We are looking for someone who has an understanding of housing tenancy and possesses a strong knowledge of tenancy management.
