A well-established client of ours based in the City of London is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist, to join their team on a temporary basis.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
•Be the first point of contact for all visitors
•Answer any incoming calls professionally
•Transfer calls and take clear, precise messages
•Opening and distributing post
•Organise meeting rooms, keep them clean and tidy at all times
•Adhoc administrative duties for the team when required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•Experience as a Receptionist within a professional environment is necessary.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Able to liaise with staff members of all levels of seniority
•Extremely organised excellent attention to detail
•A team player with an excellent work ethic
•Polished and well presented
•Professional, confident and personable
