My client is looking for an Office Administrator on a Temporary basis for an ongoing period with the potential to go permanent. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

- Telephone handling (dealing with incoming and outgoing calls)
- Working in reception area
- Post in and out
- Filing both hard copy and electronic
- Low levels of purchase of materials for site personnel (not main bulk buying )
- Good IT skills understanding excel and Sage ideally but not essential
