We have an exciting opportunity to work as an HR Assistant for one of our clients based in Romsey, who specialise within the technology industry. We are looking for an excellent administrator to provide administration support to the department.

Duties for the HR Assistant include:

  • Responsible for all administration
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Diary management
  • Security checks
  • Supporting with introduction days

The successful HR Assistant will have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high pressured office based administrative role
  • Experience within HR would be of advantage
  • Fully IT literate, must be Advanced Excel level and V Look ups
  • Must be flexible
  • Able to prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of SAP and Resource Link
