TEMP Sales Administrator

  • This role will be to start asap for about a month to 6 weeks, hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday

  • Dispatching and documenting written communication to clients, potential clients and institutions

  • Compiling & dispatching collection kits to clients

  • Processing sales orders

  • Organising outbound mail for postal collection.

  • Recording all information on the company’s CRM

  • Identifying aged debtors and following up to resolve payment

  • Purchase order generation and stock control

  • Basic facilities maintenance

  • Authoring and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents relevant to your areas of work

  • Maintaining compliance within role in line with relevant UK and EU law

  • Other administrative duties as may be required from time to time

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • The ability to follow in-house operating procedures to a consistently high level

  • Prior administrative experience in any field

  • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience of CRM/ database usage

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent literacy and numerical skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
