Excellent Part Time Temp Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity - Stevenage

A leader in the cyber security industry, based in Stevenage are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with processing and coding invoices on a part time basis. The company has a fantastic team culture and the successful candidate will be keen to get stuck in and be a self-motivated team player.

Main responsibilities for the Part Time temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will be:

  • Processing all supplier invoices via Sage 200
  • Scanning invoices to attach to each transaction
  • Dealing with any invoice discrepancies or issues
  • Chasing suppliers for any missing invoices
  • Entering credit card transactions
  • Running creditors and processing weekly payment runs
  • Processing online bank transfers/payments when required
  • Adhoc finance administration duties

You will:

  • Have previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Be a strong communicator and able to manage internal and external relationships
  • Be highly organised and efficient
  • This role will require circa 20 hours per week
