Our client is looking for a team of Customer Relations Advisors to support their friendly and busy team during a seasonal increase. This is a 3 month temporary role to start ASAP and could be extended beyond this initial term. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm but there is some flexibility with this.
These roles require written fluency in German, as well as written fluency in English. You will be responding to a high volume of written customer queries and complaints while always striving to providing the most efficient service to all customers. You will be responding to a high volume of emails on a daily basis, retrieving data from various databases and keeping accurate records on their systems.
Fluency is written German and English are essential for this role. Ideally you will have some office/ customer service experience, you will be a strong team player who is able to work to deadlines and to cope with a high volume workload. Full training is provided on the processes to follow and the multiple systems that you will be required to use on a daily basis.
