Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a temporary, part-time Telesales Officer to conduct follow up phone calls with website users who have requested an estimate to have work carried out by us.

The role of the Telesales Officer is to conduct follow up calls with website users who have given their details and requested estimates for work, to check that they have received the estimate via, endeavour to convert the enquiry into a booking within the online diary, and note down any feedback. We’re seeking an individual who adopts a friendly and helpful manner, never using a 'hard sell’ approach, and always respecting the customer’s privacy and right to opt out of our phone calls.

Envisaged to be 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday) from 10 til 2 but we can be flexible with this. The ideal applicant will have telesales experience, be polite and enjoy working in a team environment.

This is a temporary, part time pilot position that may result in a permanent position pending the success of the trial.

We have over forty-five branches across the country providing a wide range of garage services, including the fitting of: clutches, cambelts, brakes and manual transmissions. We are also able to carry out full car servicing, general repairs and, in selected centres, MOT testing.
