As Telesales Executive, your main focus will be to take accurate orders from both inbound calls as well as outbound calls to existing, lapsed and potential new customers. You will work closely with the rest of the sales team in order to help and support other departments in order to achieve the overall goals of the company. Whilst making daily outgoing calls to achieve targets as per instructed you will ensure that all customer data handled is of the highest quality and is accurately maintained in the customer database. At all times you will be required to maintain the quality of each sales call to the highest level of professionalism.
Educated to a GSCE standard, you will ideally have experience from a similar role and / or working to and achieving targets. You should have reasonably knowledge of MS Office programs, have good attention to detail, the ability to multitask with a proactive approach to work. Excellent customer service skill are a must as is being a team player.
The Telesales Executive job is based in Kent and is paying £18,000 - £22,000 + bonus. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
