Telesales Executive - Farnham
£18,000 basic - £25,000 OTE
If you're an enthusiastic Telesales Executive looking for a new challenge this may be the role for you! We're looking for target driven individuals to contribute in generating sales for our client. You will be responsible for reserarching and qualifying sales leads over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Whilst you don't need to have previous experience you must be an excellent communicator, ideally worked in a customer focussed environment before and have strong people skills. You will be presenting products/services over the phone as well as dealing with objections/negotiating, therefore a confident telephone manner and eagerness to learn are key.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Make a minimum of 50 - 100 calls a day to identify prospects and generate leads
- Set appointments for external sales representatives
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales / customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
