Telephone Sales Representative

Our Client is a leading UK guarantor loan company with important owners and connections. Due to a robust expansion programme, we require an experienced Telesales Representative with enthusiasm and ambition. There is no cold-calling, as all new leads come from the internet or intermediaries. The target is to sell a range of loans that will be satisfy the customer and the company's risk appetite. Hours are 37.5 weekly and spread across two shifts daily.

Responsibilities

  • Calling supplied new leads and dealing with applications,
  • Checking information is correct, doing affordability checks and ensuring policy and regulations are adhered to 
  • Responsibility for inbound calls relating to customer applications, general enquiries, existing accounts and collections 
  • Understanding and conforming to the underwriting process and performing initial checks 
  • Managing customer’s loan application from start to finish, keeping the customer updated and informed through regular phone and email contact 
  • Work within a target based environment 
  • Usage of systems such as Equifax, Call Credit, Call Validate and PAN
