Southam Selections are currently working with a successful and fast Telecoms company based in Crewe Town Centre

Working Hours

Monday - Friday between 8-6pm

  • 8am - 5pm
  • 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • 9am - 6pm

The Role

You will be responsible for providing support to our in-house support advisors. You will be part of a growing team and will have the desire to use existing Tech and IT skills you may already have, to develop these skills further. You will gain on the job experience of supporting broadband, IT, Telecoms, VoIP, networks.

You DON’T need any technical experience but you will need to have a passions for all things technology.

Experience

  • Previous experience in Tech and IT is not essential, but you will have a passion for technology
  • Strong IT Skills / IT Knowledge
  • Desire to learn about supporting broadband, Windows XP and Email, VoIP, IT and Telecoms
  • Ideal experience working with routers (but again not essential)
